How long do I have to return an item?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
A Few Things to Note:
- All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with product tags attached.
- Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly, so they don’t get damaged on the way – we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
- Gift cards and items marked as flash sales, final sales & special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
- Sets cannot be refunded individually.
- Please note if you made a purchase with a combination of a coupon and regular form of payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. Coupons usually cannot be recovered, but always feel free to contact our customer care team for more detailed information about each kind of coupon
Our customer care team will notify you of the decision of your request to refund by e-mail. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.
